Policies

Presales:

Presale pins can take between 4-9 months to produce. They are then shipped to me from the factory and I will grade the quality of the pins accordingly (A, B, or C grade). Presale customers will receive the best quality pins of the batch. If a customer backs out of a presale or I do not receive payment in a timely manner, the customer may be blocked from future presales. Presales are nonrefundable after payment has been made. 

Pin Grading:

All pins are handmade and are bound to come with a few flaws. A grade pins will be the highest quality pins in the batch, having very few, minor flaws that are not very noticeable. B grade pins could have more minor flaws but does not take away from the integrity of the pin design. C grade pins have multiple, visible flaws. (Rest assured I will not sell a pin that is horribly defective)

Shipping:

Product will be shipped through USPS and tracking will be provided with your order. If an address change is necessary, please contact me immediately through my messages. When I receive the products, I will post an instagram story requesting address changes. If I am not contacted about an address change 72 hours after the story is posted, I will send the package to the original address and will not be responsible for replacing the package.

Additionally, I am not responsible if a package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges:

Presales are nonrefundable, however inhands can be refunded if it is determined that there has been a mistake on my part. The buyer must contact me within a week of receiving their order with photos of the issue. The buyer will receive their refund once I receive the return in the mail. B and C grade pins cannot be refunded if the issue is concerning flaws. Exchanges can also be arranged but I must receive the exchanged pin before I can send out the replacement pin.
